Shipping and Sales Policy

SALES:

All Items purchased through this website are considered final. Multiple orders of the same item can be canceled at any time.

COMBINING ORDERS:

If you have placed multiple orders with us, we will do our best to ship them combined, but it is not guaranteed. Poster and book orders will be shipped in separate parcels.

PRE-ORDERS:

If you have a pre-ordered item, it will be shipped out in a timely manner once received at our fulfillment facility. If you have placed a pre-order with other items that are currently in-stock, your order will be shipped when the pre-order is received. 

OVERSOLD ITEMS:

Occasionally, due to unforeseen technical errors in the website, some items may be oversold. In the event your order is affected by such an error, your account will be promptly refunded for the item no longer in stock and you will be notified via the email address provided at checkout.

CANCELING ORDERS: 

Typically, all sales are final. Please contact us within 24 hours of making your order and we will work with you if we can. Please note: if your order is already in fulfillment or has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel.

DAMAGED ORDERS/ITEMS:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@layeredbutter.com immediately to arrange for a replacement. If a replacement for your item(s) is not possible, we will refund you for the damaged item. 

REPLACEMENT POLICY:
We are unable to accommodate refund or replacement requests if more than 21 days have passed from delivery confirmation. 


DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

For orders within Canada and the United States, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. During a sale or a Poster release, your order may take longer to ship. Please enter a shipping address where you will be available to accept the package. Shipping and handling charges will apply. Unsuccessful order deliveries will be returned to the sender, and we will not refund shipping charges in this situation and additional charges will need to be paid by the customer to re-ship the package. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

For orders outside North America, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. During a sale or a Poster release, your order may take longer to ship. Please enter a shipping address where you will be available to accept the package. Shipping and handling charges will apply. Unsuccessful order deliveries will be returned to the sender, and we will not refund shipping charges in this situation and additional charges will need to be paid by the customer to re-ship the package.

If we do not currently ship to your country, please contact info@layeredbutter.com, and we will try to accommodate with a shipping quote.

The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, duties and/or taxes for International shipments.

LOCAL PICK UP POLICY:

We are happy to offer a “local pick-up” option for customers based in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area). When you place an order, you may choose one of two locations at checkout, Vaughan or Mississauga. Upon fulfillment, an email will be sent regarding information about how to pick up your order. Any orders not picked up within 60 calendar days of fulfillment will be canceled and refunded. If you are unable to pick up your order within 60 calendar days, please contact info@layeredbutter.com.
